Our Leadership Team

Meet the dedicated individuals who lead Q4e Institute with vision and commitment.

Shafiq Islam – President and CEO

Shafiq Islam is serving as the CEO and President of Q4e (Qur'an for Everyone) Institute and CEO of Projonmo Foundation. He founded both organizations. With a background in financial management and strategic leadership, Shafiq is dedicated to making Islamic education accessible to individuals of all backgrounds. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Strategic Management and Organization. Shafiq brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors. His commitment to fostering community growth and spreading knowledge drives his work at Q4e, where he focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive environment for Qur'anic learning. Shafiq is also deeply involved in volunteerism and charitable work, reflecting his passion for giving back to the community. He is currently working as a Comptroller in the public sector. Shafiq as married and has a lovey daughter.

Redwan Iskanderini – Treasurer

Radwan Iskanderani serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Q4e, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to making Islamic education accessible to individuals of all backgrounds. With over 10 years of experience in financial management, Radwan brings a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational efficiency. Radwan has a deep passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and is dedicated to using financial insights to further the goals and impact of Q4e. As CFO, Radwan oversee the organization's financial strategy, including budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, and risk management. Radwan works closely with the executive leadership team to ensure that funds are used efficiently and in alignment with the Q4e's mission.

Asad Imam – Director of Academic Affairs

Mohammad Asad is serving as the Director of Academic Affairs of Q4e (Qur'an for Everyone) Institute and President of Projonmo Foundation. He has been working closely with both organizations since their inception. He got his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BUET and Master's in Communications Technology from Ulm University. Currently he is pursuing his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He enjoys taking part in community-based programs.

Rumana Ferdousi – Program Manager

Rumana Ferdusi is serving as a Program Manager of Q4e (Qur'an for Everyone) Institute and Bangla Teacher of Projonmo Foundation. She is working closely with both organizations. She got his Bachelor's degree in Footwear Engineering from Dhaka University and Master's in Supply Chain Management from BUP (Bangladesh University of Professionals). She enjoys taking part in community-based programs and voluntary works from her student life.
