Musabbir Hasan Chairman of the Board

Musabbir Hasan is serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Q4e (Qur'an for Everyone) Institute. He is an Engineer by profession and a life-long learner by choice.

He is dedicated to learning about Islam and to making the community aware of and interested in the same. Musabbir makes efforts to engage the community in Islamic knowledge and practices through various activities carried out by various organizations with the ultimate goal of Allah's acceptance.

Musabbir is the father of a son and a daughter and has been living in Edmonton for 16 years. Currently, he is working at a local food manufacturing facility.

Shafiq Islam President and CEO

Shafiq Islam is serving as the CEO and President of Q4e (Qur'an for Everyone) Institute and CEO of Projonmo Foundation. He founded both organizations. With a background in financial management and strategic leadership, Shafiq is dedicated to making Islamic education accessible to individuals of all backgrounds.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with a major in accounting and a minor in Strategic Management and Organization. Shafiq brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors. His commitment to fostering community growth and spreading knowledge drives his work at Q4e, where he focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive environment for Qur'anic learning.

Shafiq is also deeply involved in volunteerism and charitable work, reflecting his passion for giving back to the community. He is currently working as a Comptroller in the public sector. Shafiq is married and has a lovely daughter.

Masud Khan Community Outreach

Masud Khan serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Q4e (Qur'an for Everyone) Institute and the Alberta International Charitable Society (AICS). He is also a member of the Construction Committee of the Alberta Muslim Association (AMA).

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Occupational Health and Safety, Masud is dedicated to social activities and making Islamic education accessible to individuals of all backgrounds. He holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, QC.

Masud brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. His commitment to fostering community growth and spreading knowledge drives his work at Q4e, where he focuses on creating an inclusive and supportive environment for Qur'anic learning.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Masud is deeply involved in volunteerism and charitable work, reflecting his passion for giving back to the community. He currently works as a Safety Engineering Specialist in the public sector. Masud is married and has two lovely daughters.

Redwan Iskanderini Treasurer

Radwan Iskanderani serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Q4e, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to making Islamic education accessible to individuals of all backgrounds. With over 10 years of experience in financial management, Radwan brings a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Radwan has a deep passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and is dedicated to using financial insights to further the goals and impact of Q4e. As CFO, Radwan oversee the organization's financial strategy, including budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, and risk management. Radwan works closely with the executive leadership team to ensure that funds are used efficiently and in alignment with the Q4e's mission.

Sunjida Islam Board Member

Sunjida serves as the Board members for the Q4e Institute. She comes with 13 years of management and financial experience in the Not-For-Profit sector. She made some of the biggest time sacrifices in the build-up and continued running of Q4e. She brings women's lenses on the Board.

Sunjida comes with training in finance, benefits and compensation. Sunjida currently works in the public sector. She is the mother to a beautiful daughter!

Mainul Bhuiyan Board Member

Mainul Hossain Bhuiyan actively participates in several community-based programs focused on learning and support. Beyond professional learning and development, he places great emphasis on studying the Book of Allah (SWT) and applying its teachings in everyday life. One such initiative is Q4e, a platform that provides him with an opportunity to both learn and contribute to the community by teaching the Holy Quran for the ultimate success in life.

Mainul holds Master's and PhD. degrees in Chemistry from Kanazawa University, Japan, and has conducted advanced research in Biochemistry at the University of Lethbridge, Canada. Currently, he serves as a Corporate Safety and Quality System Specialist. He is married and blessed with two sons.
